credited with one (1) go! Miles award good
for one (1) one-way interisland segment. To use your award, please
call go! reservations toll free at (888)
IFLYGO2 or (888) 435-9462. Presently you are not able to book your
award travel on-line. Awards expire one year from date of issue.
Mileage may take up to 72 hours to post to your account once your last
flight has completed. In the event your miles do not automatically post
to your account 72 hours after your last flight has completed, please
contact the go! Miles service center via email gomiles@iflygo.com and be
sure to include your flight number, date of travel, routing, your
frequent flyer number, and ticket number. Failure to include complete
information may result in delays in processing your request.
