I live on the island of Molokai and fly frequently to the neighbor islands. The rude behavior of an agent at a competitors counter caused me to look for another airline to fly. Recently i have made it a point to fly go. #1 the agent at the Molokai counter is tops when it comes to service, aloha spirit and personality.
#2 now you are using a new mokulele aircraft with a single prop that is so clean, comfortable and quiet.
#3 the pilots’ attention to the passengers, looking at them when he describes the aircraft etc. is so considerate. His skill at landing that model of aircraft is wonderfully smooth that the landing is actually a delight. I’m looking forward to continuing my enjoyable flight experiences with go. Lf/hoolehua |

While boarding the plane the pilot noticed that I only had on one
earring. He said he had seen the other earring at the bottom of the
escalator a considerable distance away from the gate. He ran and got
my earring for me. I was so very thankful and just could not believe it! It
was great. Several other passengers also commented on how nice it was
of him to do that for me. I really appreciated it and wanted you to know.

Never have we had the personalized service from any airlines like your
flight crew gave us on our return to Honolulu. We were tight on time
and would have never made our connection with our Alaska Airlines
flight so the Captain asked to have our luggage especially transfered
then walked us through the terminal so we could find our way without
leaving security. Our gates were at the opposite end of the terminal and
we were treated with such care, we could not tell you how relieved we
were to find our flight in time and arrive home with our luggage.
KUDOS to your courteous and caring staff. We travel frequently and
have never had such good treatment. Keep up the good service and
you will always have loyal customers. Go! staff we encountered were
professional, including the ticket agent who acquired boarding passes
for our connecting flight. All of the small courtesies added up to a big
plus in our experience and impressions of Go! MAHALO! |

I had am active duty military and had to change my reservation due to a military requirement. I called your airline and luckily was able to talk with Tamera. I really love your airlines, you have great prices, very friendly ticket reps and employees, excellent in everyway!!! I look forward to flying with you folks for a long time. With a fixed income, your airline made it possible for all my family members to fly and visit other family members where we were not able to before due to the high prices that the other 2 airline use to charge. Hi, We arrived in Hawaii for a vacation from Australia in late June 2007 and chose Go Airlines for all or inter-Island flights. We chose Go Airlines because of their value for money flights. All 5 of us Aussies have nothing but high praise for the wonderful service we received from all the staff at Go Airlines, especially when our flight from Australia was two hours late and Go Airlines still managed to get us all on our connecting flight to Kauai Island. We are returning to Hawaii in August 2008 and Go Airlines will be our first choice and only choice for all our inter-Island flights. Congratulations Go airlines on wonderful service, from a group of impressed Aussies. |

I recently wrote with concerns about the Reservation Rewards program attached to your web site, and the fact that it does appear to be a program from GO!, not an outside program with charges, until you enter your e-mail. I am truly amazed that you actually read the e-mail, that you passed on my concerns and that they responded ! In this day of voice mail and electronic prompts, personal service is pratically unheard of. I would like to thank all the GO employees, Security officers and medical personnel for their great help on an injury I had at the Honolulu airport on Wed June 6. The accident was my fault in that I unintentionally closed the rear hatch door on my head causing profuse bleeding and a trip to the hospital. I would like to recognize the GO employees for their friendliness spirit and help in getting our departure changed to a later flight and helping my family with tickets, luggage and directions. In addition, the Security employees were also very courteous in helping to get medical personnel and something to stop the bleeding. I wish I knew the names of the people who helped my family and myself late afternoon on the evening of June 6th. Your employees, the security and the medical personnel should be commended for their friendliness and responsiveness. Since my return home, I have shared my experience with GO personnel and have recommended that whenever they fly between the islands they consider your airline (as well as just going to Hawaii as the people are great). I would just like to thank a member of your Hilo Staff for his compassion. On Sept. *, I got a phone call my mother was gravely ill. I got on the computer to look for a flight to the mainland. In order to catch that flight I had to make a 12:45 flight on GO! It was noon and I had a 30 minute drive. I arrived at 12:30 When the young man at the counter told me I was too late I burst in to tears. When I told him why I needed to get on the flight he immediately made a phone call while booking my ticket. He later met me at the gate with my credit card I had left on the desk in my haste. I arrived to see my mother just in time to say goodby. Please thank the young man for me. I did not get his name but, he was young thin, and had beautiful eyes. We left a carry-on bag on our flight from Kona to Honolulu that was then going on to Lihue. We kept in contact with Charon in Honolulu about our lost carry-on. She knew that it was taken off the plan in Lihue, but didn't have any more info. Kirk in Lihue had info, but was never on shift the same time as Charon. With both Charon and Kirk's efforts, we received our RED COMPUTER BAG with all its contents about a week later. We are so thankful that the employees at GO! take so much pride in their work and care about their customers. We have always loved Hawaii and now we love it even MORE! We'll be referring all of our friends to fly GO! for their interisland flights too. |

I called Go! to change a ticket I had already purchased. I about fell over when a person answered the phone instead of a computer! The woman who helped me was efficient and the whole thing took about 4 minutes and it only cost me $20!!! Because you are a low fare airline I expected this change to be a painful and time consuming deal. I actually thought about abandoning the whole itinerary and just starting over with new tickets instead of even attempting this change. You have won me over with this one phone call! I have flown Go! a few times now and keep waiting for the bad experience that never seems to come. Keep up the great work! This is what inter-island flight ought to be like! Mahalo! |

This is the 4th time that I've flown go! Customer service has always been great, the seats are comfortable, and the flights smooth. The best thing is that I can now afford to fly my entire family between the islands for less thatn what we used to pay for 1 roundtrip ticket! I am going to continue to fly go! and tell everyone I know, so that we will be able to all take advantage of affordable flying. |

Our family would like to thank your company for a affordable and safe flight to and from Oahu. Your 29 dollar fair allowed my husband, myself and my daughter to fly for a much lower price then the other carriers. It is a breath of fresh air knowing that we can take the whole family, and not have to worry about leaving someone behind because it is to much money to fly everyone to a different island for a vacation. The staff on board the aircraft and at the check in counters , were very friendly and always willing to answer any questions and concerns we may have had. It was a very pleasant experience for us being first time go! flyers, and we will definitely use your services again. Keep up the great work your doing for our islands, please think about making a direct flight to the big island if possible and finances permit, I have a lot of family there and If i have to pay a more expensive airfare, I will just to visit my relatives. You are a man with heart. I rode go! for the first time to go from Honolulu to Kahului, Maui and back - loved everything about go! Making reservations was simple online and everyone was so friendly throughout the process of flying to and from. I just had to write and say thank you for bringing go! to the islands. I always said that families were deprived of visiting family and friends because of the high cost of flying but you are now making it possible for that to happen. My only wish is that go! could fly to Kapalua, West Maui but understand that logistics, etc. make that impossible. I have been telling everyone about your airlines and I hope and pray that you will keep go! in Hawaii for a long time.

This was our first experience with go! Airlines and I was extremely pleased. We travel to the Big Island of Hawaii every other month and I have already made reservations for October on your airline. The convience of boarding and unloading with less passengers in a smaller aircraft is great and less time consuming. But the best experience of all is your agent in Hilo by the name of Kauai D., the jack of all trades with the greatest of Aloha spirit which we have ever encountered. Your CEO should meet her as she certainly is an example of the type of employee he talks about when mentioning Aloha spirit service. I have already passed the word that you have to fly go! Airlines because of the convience of a smaller safer aircraft, checking thru TSA and fast baggage claim, and a great customer agent. ...Hawaiian Airlines' seems to be missing that spirit of Aloha. Hawaiian Airlines gives the impression that there can only be room for two, and they are at war to oust the newcomer. Is that the spirit of Aloha? Auwe! Since go! came to town, there's an excitement about air travel. Possibilities open up. People make the effort to see friends and family. We take mini-vacations to see dolphins, valleys and beaches we've never seen before. go! has renewed and revived our spirits, and the people of Hawai'i are happy they are here. In the spirit of Aloha, we say E Komo Mai! Welcome. --- Just wanted to let you know that my husband and I flew with you last Saturday (ITO-HNL) and enjoyed the experience. Your ground staff is warm and friendly (the flight attendant wasn't so much); the flight was quick; the seats were very comfortable; the flight and landing were smooth; we even liked the overhead recording. We loved the $29 fare, but we wanted a nice experience, too -- and you delivered. Since then, we've been telling our friends how much we enjoyed flying with you and that we'd fly with you again. You could see their faces light up with ideas for their own travel. Others we know who have flown with you are also positive about the experience.
